This secure, self-service platform lets you confirm coverage information quickly—without needing to call in.

If you are a lienholder or lender submitting a payment, please call 1-833-996-3276 so the payment is credited correctly to the policy.

You can also set up an FB Hub online account to:

  • Make payments

  • View policy documents

  • Enroll in paperless delivery

You may also download the FB Hub mobile app to access documents (including vehicle ID cards), make payments, and go paperless.

Important Notes About Online Payments

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Online payment is available only when you have an active policy in force.

  • If a policy has canceled or expired, submitting payment online will not reinstate coverage—please contact your agent.

  • Use your billing statement to confirm the amount due and the correct policy number.

  • Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

  • A 2.55% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
